Introduction to Innovation Starting with Just One Person
Mr. Hajime Takebayashi, a.k.a. "Shisan," a legendary innovator who has launched various new businesses in IT, healthcare and other fields, gave us a special lecture.He explained how to start innovation in organization and how to get involved other people.The lecture was well-paced, and the approximately 100 participants were riveted by his easy-to-understand explanations, "Kisyo-tenketsu" human resource theory, and his personal experiences.
