SEKISUI CHEMICAL CO., LTD. High Performance Plastics Company (“we” “us” and “our”) is the Data Controller for the use of personal data in this privacy notice. This privacy notice explains how we collect, store, use, disclose and transfer (“process”) your personal data when you visit this website.

The way how we collect your data

You or your organization directly provide us with the data we collect. We collect data from your interaction with this website, including registering for online marketing or filling out registration forms.

1. to our group companies ( please see the “SEKISUI Worldwide” tab in our corporate website) so that they may offer you their products and services; and
2. to service providers and their subcontractors who process your personal data under our instruction such as our IT system providers (e.g., providers of hosting, IT maintenance or web application)

We may share your data outside EEA including Japan. In this case, we will put in place appropriate safeguards such as (i) adequacy decision or (ii) EU standard Contractual Clauses between recipient and us to protect your data.
