We join the Battery Show Europe
Sekisui Polymertech will join the Battery Show Europe to be held in Stuttgart, Germany from May 23rd to 25th.
Exhibit of Sekisui Chemical Group products mainly the Thermal Interface Material
We as Sekisui Polymatech will exhibit our main product the 2 component Gap Filler "CGW" which applies to the Battery Packs, BMS (Battery Management System), and Powertrain system in the E-mobility field.
CGW shows wide lineup including high thermal conductivity types as well as adhesive types which are highly suitable materials for automation.
The silicone based Manion-HST pad type is one of the highest conductive grades of TIMs, designed for power module applications that require peak performance thermal conductivity and reliability.
The operating temperature of over 200°C, the extreme low bond line thickness and the 25W/mk thermal conductivity makes this pad a one-of-a-kind solution.
Also, other products & concepts from the Sekisui Chemical Group will be presented, including Fire-resistant and Heat insulating materials which enhances the safety of Battery.
